Pros

Unless you have strong connections or are willing to completely abandon self respect just to please people, working for Banker Wire ends up being a complete waste of time.

Cons

- Leadership is openly biased and unfair in decision making. - Talented employees are consistently ignored and unrewarded despite strong performance. - Recognition is driven more by ego than actual merit or results. - Career success depends on favoritism rather than skill or effort. - Employees are expected to tolerate ongoing disrespect to get ahead. - Hard work alone is not enough to achieve meaningful progress.

Pros

I have been working for Banker Wire for many years. It is a great place to work. It has the small town feel. It is small enough that the CEO will know your name. They have very competitive wages and great benefits. Banker Wire has grown so much in a short period of time. They have moved into bigger buildings three times since I started so that shows you there is room for growth within the company.

Cons

Maybe you won't like the small town feel. I guess that could be a con for some.

Pros

The company respects all of its employees and offers everyone, both shop and office employees, the best compensation, benefits, PTO, etc. They are amazing at working with everyone on things that may be going on in their personal lives, and trying to be as flexible as possible. They are constantly working to improve areas of safety around the shop, as well as working to continuously improve the quality of the machines and equipment. They are also implementing quality checks to help keep up with the growing demands of their products.

Cons

There are a lot of departments within this company, and the training can be a long process.
