Lack of transparency and empathy - Anonymous employee Banzai Employee Review

It seems Banzai went public far too soon which led to another round of layoffs. There was a major lack of transparency in regards to where the company stood financially and the storm that was brewing. I felt the layoffs coming but did not expect to be laid off with no severance, which felt like a slap in the face and ultimately like the company had no empathy for employees.
