      Pros

      Diverse work loads - many products to work on that were different. Reasonable compensation and benefits for a small company Working with different disciplines, sales, manufacturing, technicians, etc.

      Cons

      The working environment was becoming more unpleasant. When I started, it felt like a team and everyone wanted to work together. When I left, there was a lot of animosity between the different groups (engineering, manufacturing, sales, etc.). People were not as friendly and willing to help out.

      Employees here are really kind and willing to teach /give you an opportunity to learn anything you ask for.

      Cons

      If you're allergic to dogs, you'll miss out. :)

      Pros

      BN fosters an incredible working environment. Everyone is friendly and seems genuinely glad to be at work each day. Projects are particularly interesting here, so there's never a dull moment. Everything is on one campus, which is easily walkable.

      Cons

      9 buildings and counting, so lots of walking.
