I thoroughly enjoy working at Barclay. As i started over 10years ago i have doubled my earning and had 2 promotions. family ran and whilst it can be very challenging as all businesses and sales roles should be - the fact you have such an open door with management and general leadership allows you to get idea's and actions accross. Service teams are amazing from connections through to support and high level account management. This means the sales team can really invest in their customer pitch around quality and has allowed me to keep many of my customers to date. always changing direction to some can be scary but it's clear over the years that in our industry change is important and it's created soo much growth and opportunity. personally love the companies determination to recruit for management from within whenever and where possible. yearly appraisals have been introduced that realyl allowed us to engage with the leadership team. really healthy pay and bonuses - well above industry average
Cons
i dont have a huge amount here, small things maybe would make a difference like more holidays, flexi-time (although not working weekends is nice too). more time with other managers of other departments also would be nice to understand their teams goals.
