Pros
Great place to work, the atmosphere is amongst the best I have worked in. If you work hard you will be noticed and can progress quickly. I have worked in a variety of roles for the company and have enjoyed them all.
Cons
Certainly the traffic on the industrial estate can be a pain, however this is not really the companys fault. Salaries are not necessarily the highest in the area, however this is offset by the work environment which as mentioned above is excellent.
