Young and creative team. Good commutable location if you live in East London. Good social aspect to the company.

Lack of strong management, especially in Operations department. My experience was that management tend to be disparate from the younger staff. Everyone seems expendable, and people are laid off with excuses of reducing cost but then people are employed later doing the same job with new titles. I felt that there were major gender gaps, where most of the management are male. There is lack of diversity in the company. Management tends to focus on small issues and forgetting about the necessity to ensure there was positive working environment.

Helpful staff, working environment, training techniques, transparency between desks, keeping informed.

Not really a challenge unless until you are not from media background.
