Literally. 92% of employees anonymously voted Barge as a Great Place to Work in 2023. Benefits have and continue to improve. Most recently, additional PTO accrual, paternity leave, and 401k match opportunities, including student loan match, were added to the benefits package. Leadership listens. Many of the recent benefit changes were made following leadership’s polling and meeting with employees.
