Quantity Surveyor - Anonymous employee Barhale Employee Review

A poor company that does not care about its workers in the slightest. Me and my colleges were worked half to death for the company. Being forced to work with managers who were rude and discriminatory towards employees. My life had become so poor at Barhale that when I reached out to my manager for guidance he simply shrugged it off because he was too busy- causing me to hand in my notice. Even when speaking to HR they came at me with an approach that this was my fault. Working here even caused my family to become distressed. I wouldn't wish on anyone what I experienced at this company.
