None that I can think of.

I came from a large defense company, so moving to such a small sub contracting firm made me nervous, but boy am I glad I decided to change. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. 1. The pay and benefits are actually competitive, unlike a lot of the larger companies. 2. The insurance benefits are the best I've ever had. They give you a $0 deductible health insurance plan, and the company pays for all of your premiums. And the coverage is amazing. Every doctor office I go to says that its one of the best insurance plans they've ever seen. 3. Upper management actually takes action on concerns/needs that you have. They actually care about your work environment needs and do whatever they can to get you what you need to be the most comfortable/productive at your job.

I genuinely can't think of any cons. I've been here since April 2024 and don't have a single complaint.
