Pros
Great people, but so burned out
Cons
BBSI cares more about pleasing senior management and improving metrics vs doing things right and caring about people who actually do the work. Return to work was pushed so hard at the time when schools were still half open and sudden despite the fact that their own feedback was overwhelmingly positive about people working from home. The reason was because ‘managers wanted to see heads at the desks’. It was sad to see great people being stagnated professionally, overworked and unrecognized if they were not good at politics and being aggressive. The company’s overall approach is that there’s always someone else willing to work here.. as a result, when you start, you’ll find no documentation, unknown and forgotten systems and processes because one person was handling it and then one day s/he was done and gone.
