The company has a great atmosphere and everyone is really good at what they do. There is a lot of pride in making the company great.

There aren’t many cons for me.

Close to home, smaller company

Not what I expected. A lot of favoritism. You have to fight for a raise. Unprofessional and unethical company. Make sure your available after work hours to talk on the phone with the owner and not get paid for it. And if you don't answer your phone, it will be held against you.If you like to get talked down to and screamed at then this is the place for you. Owner was condescending and belittling to me and other employees in the office. VP is very aggressive and likes to argue. They are manipulating and use you to fight with each other. This is from my experience.
