NO growth for upper management - Front Desk Associate Barry's Employee Review

Short-staffed. They lost a lot of managers and consolidated to have one cover multiple studios at a lesser cost. At the studio level you will find lots of different ethnicities of people, but at the corporate level, there aren't very many. Seems to be a lot of yt washing and hiring of more yt people in senior roles. Upper management has been unfriendly to staff when seen at the studios.
