Pros

I honestly have none....The only positive was the day I left.

Cons

Do not waste your time like I did for 7 years at this company’s there Are plenty of sales companies out there that will treat you better. The commission structure is awful and recruiters make little money, you will be micromanaged all day long, and they will try to get you into management which I can promise you isn’t worth the 2k raise.( yes that is all you get). There is also new leadership who believes you should give up your personal life, family and any fun because well it’s either you do that or they will find any way to remove you from the company. I can promise you that you will be happier working ANYWHERE else because they will do anything to try and pay you less but make you work more. They also make you pay for coffee and if you have your own coffee they will still make you pay for a cup because like I said they will do anything to pay you less even if it’s taking your money for items. They do not care about their employees never have and never will...They even made you come in during a pandemic when the world was shut down when they normally allow you to work from home if needed. If you didn’t have child care because daycares were shut down ...well they didn’t care at all. All I can say there is plenty of companies to apply to.... so do yourself a favor and work for a good company and skip past this one. You will be much happier.

Pros

The bonds you make with your coworkers

Cons

Pretty much everything els. The bonds you make come from the office trauma you experience here. Upper management has no idea what they’re doing and constantly change focuses. They’re throwing spaghetti at a wall to see what sticks and it’s very poorly thought out so nothing does. The company has a very bad reputation and they’re not doing much to turn that around not the right way anyway. As soon as we replaced the ceo the company literally started to plummet. Top salesmen left. They fired half of the account managers which disrupted everything. People couldn’t handle the influx of clients and they went from 400 listings to 50. This is not a good place to start a career or grow. It used to be and they’re trying to re brand but they need someone to step in to get things going. It’s very sad. You will never be anything but a number here which ofcourse is part of a sales job but this is different. It’s a sad hollow black hole that will suck the motivation drive and happiness out of you. I did pretty good there myself but this is genuinely a bad place to work
