Pros

A great company to kickstart your career; it's not only great because of the well-organized and in-depth SAS training they offer before deployment to a client, but also because of the people who genuinely care about their employees - reliable professionals always there to provide support and guidance. The training lasted about 8-9 weeks, being very intensive and requiring spending evenings on practice and reading sometimes. However, the positive nice atmosphere created by the trainers was probably the main factor balancing the intensity. Aside from work, weekends provided an opportunity to explore the lovely Ulverston and the stunning Lake District. After successfully completing training, you're deployed to clients, typically in banks or pharmaceutical companies. There may be a brief post-training period before you get deployed (in my case, about three months). However, it's an opportunity to further enhance your SAS skills while still being paid. The company also covers the cost of any certifications you might pursue considering you pass them successfully. Once deployed, regular one-to-one meetings ensure smooth progress and necessary support - with the potential for a permanent offer from the client later on. Overall, it was an amazing experience; a two-month intensive training that help you develop excellent SAS skills, ultimately leading to a rewarding professional journey with a well-known company.

Cons

Apart from the fact that the first months during the training might make you feel like you 're back at uni, there is nothing else objectively to mention. Everything worked perfectly fine.
