Managers, Coworkers family like, company vehicle, permanent fulltime position with good benefits and decent pay; not a contract or 3rd party like a lot of IT jobs tend to be. A lot of driving and working in grocery stores equipment can get dirty so gloves and or washing hands will be needed.

In my case, not allowed to get tips, you get paid less, blamed the most for things there were usually someone before deflecting their poor work ethic, and getting out over two hours late much of the time.
