Most of the pharmacists were THE best around. Quick to hire student pharmacy techs for first job, BUT I strongly suggest you do NOT stay here too long. Always something interesting going on to talk about (in a gossipy high school-drama sense, but it genuinely was considered a pro to working for this company. Amusing!) Some great and supportive coworkers to offset the absolutely horrendous ones. Paid for state license renewal.

No benefits, no raises, no on the job training, no advancement opportunities. Horrible work environment at just about each location with zero intention to improve that by owner. Ill-equipped working environment. Medication order freezes due to financial issues = EXTREMELY frustrating. Overworked /underappreciated employees. Owner was abusive/dismissive, especially towards pharmacists who were probably one of the only reasons customers kept coming back. zero intention to improve that by owner. Ill-equipped working environment. Working here was quite a NEGATIVE eye-opening experience re: questionable/ethical STANDARD procedures; amazed at owners luck so far in that regard.
