It was a pleasure working with most of the people and lasting friendships are made.
Cons
Salaries, raises and benefits are low compared to other law firms in the area; bonuses are unrealistic and when even given are not calculated on your own performance so it doesn't matter how much you give to the company; management takes liberties while the real work is done by everyone else.
