Pros
Aside from fair pay, which doesn’t include government mandated overtime rates being followed, this company has ZERO pros to speak of. The people are great, the work is simple, however “management” or that owner and her lackey running the place are nothing but bullies and manipulators.
Cons
No benefits. No room for advancement. Unpaid overtime hours. Office politics and bullying from management. They claim to be PCI compliant, but I have seen the so-called manager and supervisors using cell phones on the floor and having customers credit cards written down on paper.
