Selfish management who is willing to screw over their employees for their own benefit. Before the buyout in February of 2017, they bought back all the stock owned by employees at the price it was 4 years ago, not the current valuation. This rendered many employees hundreds, thousands, and in some cases around a million dollars of loss at the buyout while management walks around boasting about the European vacation they're going to take their kids on and the sports car they have their eye on.
They're willing to keep people who provide absolutely no value to the company in order to save face or because Daddy's on the board while they terminate employees who have worked hard their entire career there. This "family-owned" company that prided itself on its values must only value selfishness and greed. I've never been so happy that I am not apart of a company.
