Pros
While i worked there, it housed some of the most talented creative people in the industry. Also, we worked on great brands and exciting projects. Creative leadership was excellent, though it might not ve any longer
Cons
The client and upper management used to heavily interfere with creative work. There was no concept of work-life balance. Most of the talented employees and good accounts have moved to other agencies.
