Good benefits, students are wonderful

Extremely abusive director, humiliates, insults, trash talks, makes fun of all staff. No respect's for anyone but herself. She and the truth are strangers to each other. The behavior is condoned by the chain of command despite everyone leaving within weeks of hiring her. Faculty and staff filing FMLA for depression, anxiety, blood pressure issues because of her. Grievances filed. Union complaints as well as to HR. HR is useless. Morale is dead. No one likes their job, when weeks prior to her hire everyone was happy. Now everyone stays to themselves with a culture of fear. She has cut pay for faculty while giving them a ridiculously amount of extra work and responsibilities. Considering people say it’s top down issue from the president down, this problem will likely exist for years to come
