Pros
Good benefits while they last.
Cons
The job seems great, but once you start working for the company you’ll soon realize they don’t respect employees. If you want consistency and communication please don’t work here. Policy’s, positions, services and spaces are constantly changing with no warning or training. You will be viewed as disposable and replaceable no matter how well you perform in any position. They have been firing so many people across all positions from one day to the next, so you are constantly on edge and looking for other work. The space itself is hard to navigate, poorly maintained, over policed and hard to defend when clients are upset, as it isn’t pleasant for most. I’ve also witnessed them be consistently awful to employees with disabilities and make trying to obtain accommodations near impossible. The business is trying to expand currently, but can’t run the locations they already have, and treat employees like they’re about to go bankrupt frankly. You may get replaced with cheap international labor as they’re doing with a few positions already. They are very money driven, constantly drilling employees to upsell and make insane goals, but not in a normal way it’s extremely excessive and greedy. Be wary when working for Bathhouse, they do not care about you.
