      Pros

      In recent months the senior management have shared the vision of the business. It's nice to feel included, and if they pull it off, we are going places! Friendly, like-minded colleagues. staff benefits

      Cons

      Smallish company Location is a bit out of the way. Limited opportunities at the moment.....but likely to change.....I hope!

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed my time with Bathshop, although it was only 6 months. The business is family run and the owner is a decent guy who always helps out. He is though always busy so sometimes you do have to ask! My colleagues and managers where fantastic. It's not an amazing place to work but the people are great and I would happily work there again.

      Cons

      They are growing year on year and service levels are high. I wish I would have had more training then i could have sold more for them.
