Smaller business so access to management and owner is nice Pay above avg Advancement is easy most management is hired in-house so it’s not that hard to advance through the ranks Due to direct access to the owner it’s easy to resolve issues without going through million of hr ppl

Can get busy Co workers are very young and can be childish
