Management doesn’t know how to delegate task evenly and fairly so they overwork their employees Favoritism and unfair work conditions running heavy here. The owner is never there to when you want to talk about an incidents on site. Evaluations take place about an individual without them knowing so if there’s a problem they are indirect about fixing it. And they sometimes report the wrong hrs you worked so check your pay stubs and timesheets
