Lots of hours, little time for family

pay is really well for several jobs

they don't actually give you on the job training. So your walking around like a chicken with you head cut off and no one actually has the courage to say to your face that you need to improve on something. They just let you go before your training period is over. and by far the worst benefit package ever, like who makes you take PTO to take thanksgiving and Christmas off , when the entire company is off anyways? 401 k doesn't start till a year.
