Pros
people you work with at ground level are fantastic, CSO, store manages, clinicians and even the SOM.
Cons
anyone above a SOM, create a hostile work environment and show they have no idea about creating a healthy work culture, they pretend to be caring but will stab you in the back first chance they get.
