      Pros

      Decent pay and fun people. A good starter job, long shift, and occasionally free food if there is leftovers.

      Cons

      Very poor management, no flexibility on hours. Staff is very unprofessional.. they have customers leave before closing.. heavy drinking on the job.. etc..

      Pros

      The people are amazing to work with, you can make amazing tips, if you make every guest feel welcomed!

      Cons

      Slow when the lake freezes over but the summer is always packed full of people from all over the world, to just across the bay!
