Pros

Pros are there’s no one breathing down your neck while you’re trying to do your work.

Cons

The managers are greedy and do not care about their employees wellbeing. They’d rather you come in with a fever than stay at home and rest. Few cases of Covid there and no one wears a mask in the tiny room they pack you in. You’re outside in rain, sleet, snow, hurricane, flood. There is no compassion from the managers. They promote you as soon as they can so they can take away your base pay and make it seem like a good thing.

Pros

There are none. You soon find they are taking advantage of you. 1st week they pay $200. For over 45 hours worked

Cons

As you are getting trained you soon realize you are getting used. If you happen to start talking with someone your trainer will step in and call it his/her sale. Just to make you feel like they are doing you a favor they may actually "give" you one of their sales . By the 3rd day you feel like just telling them to drop you off somewhere else so you can have a viable chance at your own sale. Pathetic.
