Pros

Fun place to work with a great product, value WFH and time off, work when it fits your schedule as long as everything is getting done

Cons

Team members who are eager to help new hires is hit or miss, leadership at DoorDash who oversees Bbot is clueless on the product

Pros

Some people in the company are genuinely nice, caring, and passionate about their work.

Where to begin... - The company will promise you certain compensation perks (like equity - a very expected aspect of startup comp - and bonus). Trust me, these will never arrive. Even after over a year I have still not seen anything. - Management: The managers of certain teems are incredibly toxic and narcassitic. There is so support and help, only public shaming for small errors which is demoralizing and humiliating. - Culture: If you want a culture that supports women, appropriate behavior, and a workplace where you can feel free to share problems or opinions, this is not it. There is no real HR and anything you report WILL be shared with people, even if you ask it to be anonymous. - Growth potential: Many departments do not have a clear growth trajectory and in my experience, the only people who easily get ahead are those who suck up to leadership. If you have enough pride to stand your ground rather than brownnose, you will probably not find a lot of ease in getting promoted.
