Pros
Small company that works the best properties in and around Barcelona. Has lots of connections and gets lots of listings. Great way they treat the clients. Fast in sales. Nice environement to work in.
Cons
The methods are a bit outdated although they pride themselves on being technologically advanced. The office is decorated with cheap stuff from Chinese shops, which contradicts the luxury property dealer image. Also the office is inside an old apartement in the center of the city, most rooms don´t have proper daylight, it sucks sitting with electric lights year round. Also a bit of the blaming culture, instead of fixing something a lot of time is spend on finding who is to blame.
