Pros
Bekith has a good schedule for the school the assigned me to which was el colegio Sil in Avinguda de Tibidabo.
Very nice school to work at and a very good challenge to teach the kids for their official examination tests in June.
Very good headmistress, some wonderful teachers which made it so much easier to work with. Early morning until mid afternoon (17.00 max) . At that school, Bekith offer lunch included which is not the usual to expect (+)
Cons
Unless you have a bit of an understanding of why you have been employed, don’t expect much guidance on how to do the job. The more professional experience you have, the better your personal experience will be.
You may find yourself having loose hours without any notice until you arrive to the school. It may affect you or benefit you depending on the day.
As you are on “Fijo discontinuo” contract, the norm is for you to work 8-9months + an extra “summer camp” month depending on demand. If you are new to the system, you may not know that you will have to either look for benefit(paro) or choose between summer camp with them or finding a summer job until you go back to work in October.
In need of quality teachers in a short period of time due to former employees leaving during the academic year.
