      Pros

      -Experienced and supportive team of therapists -Friendly team & frequent opportunities for social catch ups during and outside of work hours. -PD opportunities every week -Ability and capacity to support new and experienced therapists -supportive of work/life balance and putting your mental health and well-being first. -flexible role and achievable KPIs

      Cons

      -There is no main office however I prefer this as I like to work from home most days. Office days are organised fortnightly however staff are able to attend on non office days if they choose to!

      Pros

      Lots of colleagues who care. Working from home is great!

      Cons

      The company was growing fast and lots of cracks emerged. Systems inadequate and some doubtful ethical practices. Overloading with clients was common in underserved areas. Management did not walk their own talk.
