      Pros

      -great IT team and manager -great benefits and bonus potential for everyone in the company -given a mentor of sorts in the company to have 1 on 1 with occasionally to talk about work and work goals -everyone was pretty nice including CEOs

      Cons

      -only one real work schedule 9-5 and usually less remote options for IT members -very little room to move up from help desk, BUT great opportunities for everyone else -sometimes people left the old filter in the coffee maker

      Great work environment and learning environment for students fresh out of college.

      Too many part time employees within management

      Pros

      Work culture is great. They make you feel like family and not a number like some companies. Activities year round to relieve stress from busy season

      Cons

      Not much to promote to if other positions are full. Might be stuck at help desk if no other spots are open.
