      Pros

      I appreciated the overall culture of the company and believe the leadership team is trying to build something great. They invest in their employees professional growth and well-being.

      Cons

      I believe my negative experience was unique and not a reflection on the company, just a supervisor. I had hoped to stay with Beacon for a long, long time, sadly I was let go by my supervisor. I'm still trying to understand what happened! At any rate, the company is solid and I wouldn't discourage anyone from seeking employment with them.

      Pros

      Great relationships with local management. Received plenty of help from certain local management and sales management. Family oriented and understanding local management.

      Cons

      Bad management at some locations skate by with zero consequences. Zero care about employees from upper management. 13 years of service to a company and layoffs with zero regard other than you are just a number to upper management despite what your local management may say. Your years of service mean zero to this company in the long run so long as numbers look good to shareholders.
