      Some amazing staff, caring, kind, and dedicated. Not everyone but definitely the majority. Some departments offer flex scheduling which is also very helpful.

      Cons

      Workload is heavy, no fault of Beacon it is just the way healthcare is heading. Promotion opportunities are pretty limited.

      Fellow RNs along with diversity of job postings

      Cons

      pt to RN ratios Lack of support from executive leadership regarding matrices and safety for the patients we care for. Bottom line is $ and bonus for upper management. Signed a 5yr contract, cut my pay $10 within 18 months and no raise since. We are coming up on the 5 year anniversary.
