Beacon Communications is growing in a stable industry, where it holds its own as an industry leader in healthcare and education and government security and communications. The company puts it's people first with offering continuous education and training, great 401k and health benefits, it has good people serving a positive mission across the country. The culture and leadership is vibrant, innovative, and has a positive outlook. It's just a feel-good and inspiring place to work. There are great opportunities to learn and grow here. The leadership and employees work well together and are so helpful. Work-life balance is definitely considered and valued highly here. I love working at Beacon Communications, and I'm so grateful to be part of this collaborative, wonderful team.

There really aren't any cons at Beacon Communications in my opinion. I haven't experienced anything negative at all as long as I've been here.
