Pros

Since it is a startup, the learning is obviously there and you get to see how things work from scratch. Apart from that, it’s a pretty general experience with nothing special than the usual startup vibe.

Cons

An issue is that they do not provide company laptops, so we have to use our own personal laptops for all the work. Also, there is a lot of flexibility which sounds good but actually makes the environment a bit casual, leading to a lack of proper work discipline.

We value your feedback Manvxxxra, but we must clarify some points regarding your internship from 8-May to 13-August, 2023. Our accommodation is a benefit, not a mandate for continuous work, and standard breaks are provided and utilized by others. Your internship concluded two months earlier due to performance issues, including difficulty with our frameworks understanding, slow coding, logical application, and trying stealing source code. We also noted consistent punctuality issues in your fourth month, despite living very close to the office. We even granted your 3-4 day birthday trip and asked no questions when you fractured your foot. We're surprised by the "jail" analogy, as we would have expected you to leave if the environment was truly as you described, rather than us needing to terminate the internship due to a lack of progress. Adding this review after two years suggests that something is still bothering you. Ultimately, you're correct: a change was required that we did, as the project would not have progressed with your continued involvement. dues.
