Pros
Opportunity to work in a creative environment and expound upon the ideas of the brands to market too. When social events were held, good way to intermingle with teams (i.e. operations and brand). Open to new ideas for existing clients. HR has a good on-boarding practice.
Cons
Not ethnically diverse. Narrow in their thinking . Growth is limited to mainly the brand team, and even within that division structure your promotion is based upon how well you are liked. HR plays favorites to the c-suite only and whom they think deserves the chance to advance. Pays below the market for the state, as well as the locale of the office. Group think occurs often on brand team.
