      Pros

      Once promoted to commission pay is great. Learned a tremendous amount about the transportation industry quickly. You wont have LIFE

      Cons

      Benefits are HORRIBLE..Training is pretty much figure it out on your own with no help from divisional managers. Moral is horrible. Very unprofessional workplace.

      Friendly Fast paced environment. Felt like family, felt like I was a major part of a much larger picture.
