Regarding your comment on projects, the technologies we use on some projects are stipulated by our clients, many are leading-edge, others are less so. We are currently working with a number of clients developing highly technical solutions to varying degrees of scale and complexity, both on cloud and on-premise, using a very wide range of technology frameworks and tools. If you wish to consider moving to another project, we recommend you speak with your service line lead, to look at options that may be available to you. On progression, moving to the next stage in your career is not time driven but is based on the achievement of specific goals and competencies relative to the level you are aspiring to as well as performance.
