too many hours disconnect between office staff and ware house staff

Always felt valued by other members of staff and the management team. Praise and thanks were offered frequently for work. Very relaxed atmosphere in all areas with drinks, cakes and jokes. Management team have a clear vision for the future. Not risk averse, willing to invest in technology and people as necessary. Some very experienced staff to assist in all areas.

Some members of staff have been employed for so long they have seen a lot of change in Bearmach and are overly pessimistic and resistant to change.
