      Great, helpful & kind seasoned staff. Our residents loved them, as did I.

      Cons

      Low pay per hour, short staffed, lots of registry who never showed for their shifts.

      It was small and all the residents knew each other.

      Cons

      The management was switched out toward the end of the year. It became chaotic.
