The most micromanaging I've ever seen. Will literally stand behind you and direct to you what to do and how to do it for most tasks. Senior employees often have screaming matches. No performance review in 3 years. Unrealistic expectations + severely low pay. Other employees will often volunteer you for tasks and set the deadline with no idea how long the tasks will take as they don't know how to complete the task. Most senior employee is extremely disrespectful and hostile to employees. No constructive criticism, only hostility. Most senior employee will often ask for a task to be completed with very vague descriptions. Senior employee will then refuse to answer 1-2 questions to help specify the nature of the assignment (an attempt to streamline the process + save time) in a very hostile way. When assignment is done in a general way (due to not having any information on the project) senior manager becomes angry and begins shouting personal insults.
