Some difficult individuals let the charity down - Anonymous employee Beatson Cancer Charity Employee Review

In the almost two years I was there, a few members of staff were very difficult and toxic to work with (not just with me but others also) which was a shame as many colleagues were a joy to work with. I heard that a few people who didn't even last a year left due to this issue/these individuals.
