Low Staff - Registered Nurse Beaumont Behavioral Health Employee Review

No staff or no trained staff staff that is hired leaves within the first few weeks once they realize how unorganized the facility is. No protection or backing of the good staff that's there and has been there. Dangerously understaffed and they keep hiring warm bodies to fill the spaces.
