      There's a lot to get done so it's a great place to make an impact and see you results relatively quickly. They also have an awesome PTO plan.

      Cons

      You very much have your own 'swim lane' and at times it can be hard to cross into another lane to collaborate on a project.

      Involvement with Fisher House, growth potential in role, exposure to a lot of things, management pretty accessible

      Lots of hours, not everyone is prioritized for a promotion, seems to be a bit of favoritism, work life balance isn’t great
