Hypocrites, liars and scoundrels - Anonymous employee Beazer Homes Employee Review

As a sales consultant in a new home community, all they do is look for ways to trip you up. It used to be a good place to work but the Tampa division is in utter turmoil: back stabbing, "gotcha moments" and blame shifting are daily occurrences. There is virtually no one in this division that has been here more than one year. What does that tell you? The CEO is an arrogant little nothing that is always trying to prove he is smarter than you. He often interacts with lower level staff and every interaction sooner or later devolves into a "gotcha" moment. Stay away unless you like abuse.
