      Pros

      Great benefits- Flexible/ hybrid work schedule (great work life balance). Unlimited PTO. 401k match, choice of medical benefits that fit your needs. Fisher house foundation/ charity is important to the company. Upper leadership cares about employees and how to make it the best work environment possible. Team works great together. CEO is very personable and knowledgeable in housing market- he is very transparent during town halls. Ability to cross train and learn different aspects or the company.
