      Pros

      In my four years of working with new construction builders, I've never been a part of a national sales training opportunity where the training was hands-on, interactive, full of support, incredible learning opportunities, trained by the national sales trainer and leadership and development, and also met the CEO!!!

      None :) The overall experience was incredible, positive, supportive, and informative!

      Involvement with Fisher House, growth potential in role, exposure to a lot of things, management pretty accessible

      Lots of hours, not everyone is prioritized for a promotion, seems to be a bit of favoritism, work life balance isn’t great
